3 Solid Months On A Testosterone Blocker And Effects I’ve Noticed

This a an unedited customer review of our Testosterone Blocker  (Name will not be disclosed for privacy concerns )

Natural Estrogen Booster” I’ve been on your testosterone blocker Testo-Rid for about 4 months, and no one knows. Not my family, not my friends, other than one other person even though she isn’t someone I chill with all the time, but I thought she would understand since she’s pretty much trans too (some trans people aren’t too cool with amazingly)

Timeline

25 mg (an extremely small dose) for maybe 2 weeks

50 mg for another 2-3 weeks

75 mg 3 weeks

100 mg (gotta be for at least 6 weeks)

Now, I just started 125 mg for the last 5 days. (And decided to more accurately keep track of the changes/progress).

Changes and progress

  • I’m slightly weaker than before i started taking it , but I’m cool with it. Really trying to keep up my strength. Trying at the least lol to be able to do 10 real push ups (which I still can)
  • zero acne these days. Amazing. Even when I sleep less than 8 hours. I usually breakout if I do. My Trans friend always ask me if that’s what I’m using it for (which is awkward For me
  • I’m pretty sure my skin got smoother.testosterone blocker, herbal testosterone blocker,
  • substantially lowered sex drive. Doesn’t feel as good or gratifying to have sex, masturbate or ejaculate. Horny less. Not horny all the time. Very, very welcomed.
  • very slight breast growth. Kind of looks good I think
  • I’m not in such a rush all the time. Like before I wouldn’t turn the heat or lights off or close gates and lock doors even though people have told me to repeatedly…. I can drive better… I could not for the life of me reverse park for a good 6 months. I just couldn’t do it and would give up and find an easier parking spot, but i can do it now.

125 mg is still a pretty small dose. I’ve read some transitioning male to females are on 500 mg, a full 4 times more than me.

I also realized that on Testosterone blockers you especially need to stay hydrated. I didn’t drink water for 12 hours today and felt pretty awful, but once i realised that i needed to stay hydrated i was good to go again

How To Reduce Testosterone in Women Naturally

Women naturally have about one-tenth the amount of testosterone as men, but as they age, testosterone levels can rise.

How to lower testosterone in women naturally

According to Dr. Abraham Kryger with the Monterey Preventive Medical Clinic, by the time a woman reaches 40,

she can have testosterone levels approximately half that of a 20-year-old man’s.

Although high testosterone levels can have some beneficial side effects such as increased muscle mass and a higher libido,

one common side effect many women do not care for is an increased growth of bodily hair.

This condition, known as hirsutism, can be extremely annoying and embarrassing, but can easily be treated through a variety of natural remedies.
Step 1

Take nutritional supplements to lower your testosterone. Diindolylmethane, or DIM, is a natural supplement made from cauliflower and broccoli, and is known to reduce androgens, or male sex hormones (among which is testosterone). Taken daily, 120 mg of DIM should help correct your hormonal balance; 200 mg of Calcium-D-Glucarate, twice daily, may also help to get your hormones back in balance.

Step 2

Drink herbal teas or consume them in capsule or tincture form to help you lower your testosterone levels. Perhaps one of the best (and tastiest) herbs for correcting this problem is spearmint. Studies performed at the Suleyman Demirel University in Isparta, Turkey, show that women drinking two cups of spearmint tea for five days significantly lowered their androgen levels. Other herbs known to reduce testosterone levels include black cohosh (20 to 40 mg twice daily), saw palmetto (160 mg twice daily) and chaste tree (20 to 40 mg daily).

Step 3

Consult an acupuncturist regarding treatment for hirsutism and high testosterone. Although sufficient evidence has not been compiled to determine just how acupuncture can benefit women with high testosterone levels,

the University of Maryland Medical Center reports that a small study of women treated with acupuncture for their hirsutism showed a reduction of hair length and density, as well as testosterone levels.
Warnings

  • Be sure to consult a doctor about your condition, as high testosterone levels may be linked to other health problems.
  • Make sure that any herbal or nutritional supplements you may take do not react negatively with any medications you may be on.

Things You’ll Need

  • Diindolylmethane (DIM)
  • Calcium-D-Glucarate
  • Spearmint tea
  • Black cohosh
  • Saw palmetto
  • Chaste tree

WHAT IS A TESTOSTERONE BLOCKER?

Testosterone blocker impedes the action of dihydrotestosterone. DHT is the product of a biochemical pathway,

Testosterone can be found in both males and females, although it is a hormone that is associated with the development of the male reproductive system. Testosterone in the scalp can mix with and bind to a particular enzyme, an enzyme called five alpha reductase.

As testosterone combines with that enzyme, the reductase initiates a biochemical reaction. The reductase catalyzes that same reaction. That reaction leads to the production of dihydrotestosterone.
